Our goal is to empower individuals with the right training, expert guidance, and nutritional support to achieve peak strength, health and performance.

CIC Peak standard contract - £60
- Train whenever you want.
CIC Off Peak - £40
- Can train only between 9 AM - 4 PM.
Cash (No contract) - £65
- Train whenever you want.
Daily Membership - £11
Personal Training - Starts at £40 per hour.
